About Us
            ALPEC began forming in 1993 and officially started in 1994.  Mindy was approached by a few contractors and jobbers to build a database in 1993 of all Alabama contractors, jobbers, and consultants.  This is where it all began.

            ALPEC's focus is education and/or certification on safety, proper installation and removal of UST's, AST's, Cathodic Protection and Owner/Operator Training.
